The Maxxis 4 weighing controller is a freely programmable process controller for a wide range of applications, from simple weighing tasks to single-component filling and complex dosing. With numerous connection options, compatible with all analogue load cells and the digital Pendeo? load cells as well as platform scales and many other weighing solutions.

Specially developed to fulfil many of the tasks that manufacturers are faced with today, the Maxxis 4 easily takes over the control of all modern automation processes. As a universal device, the Maxxis 4 is pre-programmed to control a wide range of complex applications.

The Maxxis 4 is equipped with an internal web server and can be controlled via any standard web browser or a remote display with VNC capabilities. Furthermore, a wide range of interface options, USB interface and an Ethernet port ensure that the Maxxis 4 is compatible with any existing infrastructure. The compact design in a slide-in housing allows space-saving installation in a control cabinet. The Maxxis 4 offers all the functions that users expect from process technology. The automatic storage of data on an SD card creates backup copies that guarantee transparency and traceability. At the same time, customised reports and service logs on overloads and operator changes are recorded and made directly available to the user.

An integrated help function is installed in the Maxxis 4 so that even beginners can easily control complicated applications.
