The PR 5220 series weighing transmitters are designed for space-saving installation in control cabinets. The compact housing can be mounted directly on DIN top-hat rails and connected in series. The plug-in COMBICOM screw terminals are used for easy, time-saving installation and replacement of the device.
The PR 5220 weighing transmitters have three digital inputs and outputs as standard. These can be assigned an application-specific limit and limit value function and associated values to prevent overfilling and underfilling. Customised interfaces ensure optimum integration into leading control systems.

- Reliably processes weight values from silo and hopper scales via analogue and digital load cells with a resolution of up to 120,000 steps.
- Convenient and efficient calibration of the scale in one minute without weights.
- Functionality for remote configuration and remote service via integrated website.
- EasyFill? function for single-component dosing of liquids, powders and granulates with configurable target, tolerance and overflow values.
- Multiple data interfaces facilitate integration into process control systems and direct connection of a remote display.
