The PR 5230 weighing transmitter processes reliable and high-precision weight values from silo and hopper scales via analogue and digital load cells. The field housing enables direct and safe installation regardless of the ambient conditions.
The PR 5230 weighing transmitter is equipped with three freely configurable digital inputs and outputs as standard. These can be assigned an application-specific limit and limit value function and associated values to prevent overfilling and underfilling. The weighing transmitter can be easily connected to an external WLAN adapter. An intrinsically safe load cell connection for the operation of load cells in ATEX Zone 1/21 without additional current-limiting barriers is available as an option. A printer can be connected directly for the documentation and printing of weight data.

- Reliable and fast processing of weight values with up to 120,000 steps. The integrated display enables direct status monitoring.
- Smart Calibration" enables PC-based calibration completely without weights. This efficiently minimises installation times.
- The EasyFill? software for single-component dosing of liquids, powders and granulates, which is integrated as standard, saves programming effort and enables rapid process changes.
